vo-ce has been designed and engineered in order to be immediately integrated into WMS or ERP systems, without any additional middleware software, also logistics recognize vo-ce one of the most user-friendly and efficient tools to manage warehousing procedures. They are able to go on working as they were used to but improving their efficiency very quickly.
With vo-ce a WMS system working with normal hand held devices (with CE.NET operating system) can be easily and quickly equipped with automatic speech recognition (ASR) and text to speech (TTS) engines.
The software has been installed in Italy as well as abroad, in different industrial markets like pharmaceutical, retail, fashion, food, and manufacturing. The vo-ce application is typically used for high volume picking, and the simplicity of the software and the training make it easier to adapt the new picking procedures in your warehouse.
Itworks has more than 2 thousand active picking operators all over Europe, in different environments with LXE, Motorola, Datalogic and Intermec devices.
The primary customers are software houses or companies operating in the supply chain that offer the added value of a native integration voice picking solution to the customers. The software is available in Italian, English, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Polish, Dutch, Brazilian and Swedish.
In March 2010, the new version vo-ce 3.0 was released boasting the ultimate Nuance Vocon ASR engine v3.2, with improved performances new commands and features.
