The role of voice

COOP Consorzio Nord Ovest decides to install an automated intensive storage system in Vercelli and to introduce voice technology in the picking phase. vo—ce is installed on Honeywell mobile computers with MS Windows CE OS, suitable for refrigerated environment, integrated by Lexter Italia. COOP is also planning to extend the voice picking system to manage fresh goods at the Torona center.
